How long is shipping?
We ship from facilities located overseas in China, and need 3-5 days to process your order. Please be sure to add this time period into your delivery expectation date.
Because the items are coming from overseas, shipping usually takes between 9-30 days door to door (excluding processing time). In extremely rare cases, shipping will exceed 30 days due to factors such as shipping congestion, customs delays, and high order volumes.
Typical shipping timeframes are as follows:
USA: Between 9 - 20 days average
Canada: Between 20 - 30 days average
Europe: Between 20 - 40 days average
Australia: Between 20 - 40 days average
All Others: Between 30 - 60 days average
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free in most cases (US, Australia, Europe Zone ) and we have worldwide coverage! For some other countries unlisted, due to the high cost of local delivery, you may need to add an additional shipping fee. ASK BEFORE ORDERING IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTION.
Can I get express shipping?
Yes! In most cases you can pay an additional fee for express shipping. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any inquiries regarding faster shipping.
Can I cancel order after shipping?
Orders can be canceled as long as they haven't been picked & packed or shipped. If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel it for you. You will need to return it for a refund.
What payment do you accept?
You can pay with all major credit cards or paypal. We don't accept cash on delivery or other means.
