To track your order, simply input the tracking ID you received in your shipping confirmation email into the box above.  

If for whatever reason the tracking above isn't working, refer to this alternative site

Alternatively, email support@crushfun.com with your order number, you will receive tracking information from us.

NOTE: If your tracking appears stuck on a certain date, please note that this is entirely normal as the package moves from country to country. As soon as it lands in your country, it will move quickly to your doorstep via local post carrier!

*Our items ship from warehouses overseas. It typically takes items 9-30 business days to arrive at their destination from the day you placed your order.* 


Where is my order? 

We ship from our custom printing facilities located overseas in China. Because the items are coming from overseas, shipping usually takes between 9-30 days door to door (excluding processing time). In extremely rare cases, shipping will exceed 30 days due to factors such as shipping congestion, customs delays, and high order volumes. 

Typical shipping timeframes are as follows: 

USA: Between 9 - 20 days average 

Canada: Between 20 - 30 days average

Europe: Between 20 - 40 days average

Australia: Between 20 - 40 days average

All Others: Between 30 - 60 days average

You can track your order by simply inputting your Tracking ID into the box below. You can find your Tracking ID in your shipping confirmation email. 

Why did I only receive part of my order?

We ship our kits from multiple printing facilities in different locations. As a result, kits within the same order may be shipped from different facilities and arrive at slightly different times. 

Some items in your order may arrive before others. When this happens, it is likely that the remaining items in your order are still in transit and will arrive very soon.

Why is my tracking stuck?

This is completely normal. When your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking will be very slow to update (the package(s) are on shipping containers in the middle of the ocean).  When the item lands in your country, it will move very quickly to your doorstep. 

Why did I receive two separate tracking numbers?

Because we ship from multiple locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Each package is assigned a different tracking ID. 

What shipping provider do you use? 

You can expect to receive your package(s) through your local carrier (USPS if you are located in the US) once it passes through customs. Times will vary depending on multiple factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local carrier.

What is your shipping policy?

Crushfun.com is not responsible for tax and/or duty charges in your country that your order may incur. Customers will be accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. 

If the order arrives at your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package;
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

We reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
